It acts as a private-sector-driven puzzle piece, creating strong linkages with the public sector in piloting green growth initiatives and integrating green growth with frontier technologies such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, and recycling…
With the vision of becoming a bridge between Vietnam’s innovation ecosystem and the world, SoiHub serves as a key touchpoint — a place that provides strong support for investment promotion, technology transfer, and the commercialization of innovative products.

NATIONAL AGENCY FOR TECHNOLGY ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND COMMERCIALIZATION DEVELOPMENT (NATEC)

NATEC is a regulatory body under the Ministry of Science and Technology, responsible for managing and developing the technology market, fostering the establishment and growth of science and technology enterprises, as well as advising on policies and supporting the Minister in building Vietnam’s startup ecosystem. NATEC sponsors and accompanies SoiHub in promoting science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation, contributing to the realization of Vietnam’s goals for green and sustainable growth in the new era.

SAIGON TELECOMMUNICATION & TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION (SAIGONTEL)

Founded in 2002, Saigontel – a member of Saigon Investment Group – is a pioneer in the fields of technology, industry, and services in Vietnam. Leveraging its strong capacity and extensive experience, Saigontel is now a leader in infrastructure development, while also contributing to the establishment of SoiHub – a reputable open innovation center with breakthrough potential and a strong commitment to sustainable growth.

OPEN INNOVATION & TECHNOPRENEUR INSTITUTE (OITI)

OITI is an organization that fosters Vietnam’s startup and innovation ecosystem through talent and technology incubation. It not only inspires but also empowers a new generation of technology entrepreneurs to tackle real-world challenges, promote international collaboration, and enable Vietnam to participate more deeply in global value chains. SoiHub is an open innovation center model operated by OITI, designed to build and advance initiatives that strengthen Vietnam’s open innovation ecosystem.

CENTER FOR THE FOURTH INDUSTRY REVOLUTION (C4IR)

HCMC C4IR operates under the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, serving as a global connectivity platform that drives new growth engines through a strategic collaboration network with the World Economic Forum (WEF) and both domestic and international partners. SoiHub is an official affiliated member of the HCMC C4IR network, with the mission to foster truly breakthrough initiatives by strengthening connections, developing the technology community, promoting the innovation ecosystem, and supporting startups in their growth journey.
